Products and Prices

Orders

Delivery

Delivery times are indicated when placing the order. In case of delay, the customer will be informed by TEK HIERRO. Delivery costs are borne by the customer, unless otherwise stated.

Payment

Payments are made online via the payment methods offered on the website. TEK HIERRO reserves the right to refuse an order in case of non-payment.

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable law, the customer has a period of 7days from the receipt of the product to exercise the right of withdrawal. Return procedures are detailed in the "Return and Refund" section of the website.
